To register for IWDW'09, please complete this form and send it by post or facs to us. See address and number on the form.

We prefer payments by credit card, but if this is not possible, bank transfers can be sent via our bank:

All transfers must be marked «IWDW 2009 - Project code - MB8002». Remember that the attendee has to pay all bank fees. If you send a transfer, please use the standard registration form and fill in the amount in the credit card section, but write «Bank transfer» in place of the credit card number.

Remember that presenting authors have to register by 22 June 8.00am UTC (GMT) to ensure publication of their papers.

Registration fees

Observe that the regular registration fee includes the banquet. You can order extra banquet tickets at £75 for spouses, partners, or other companions.
